1 Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Horizon Rides provides ride-sharing services connecting passengers with drivers in Saint Lucia and the Caribbean region.

2. User Obligations

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations
  • Treat all users with respect and courtesy

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the service for illegal activities
  • Harassment or discrimination

4. No Liability
Horizon Rides provides a mobile application Platform to connect Passengers and Drivers. Horizon Rides does not provide transportation services and is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of any Driver. Passengers and Drivers agree that Horizon Rides is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of the Service, whether occurring online or offline.

5. Indemnification
Passengers and Drivers agree to indemnify and hold Horizon Rides harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.

  • General location: Stored for 3 years
  • You can request deletion at any time

Turning Off Location
You can disable location services, but this will prevent you from using Horizon Rides services.
